  1. Purpose

Savannah Golf Links is committed to providing accessible customer service in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). This feedback process ensures that customers, guests, and employees can share concerns, compliments, or suggestions about accessibility and receive a timely response.


  1. Feedback Methods

Feedback can be submitted in the following ways:

  • In Person: At the Clubhouse front desk.

  1. Information to Provide

When submitting feedback, customers are encouraged to include:

  • Name and contact information (optional).
  • Date and location of experience.
  • Description of feedback (concern, suggestion, or compliment).
  • Any accommodations requested.

  1. Response Procedure
  • Feedback will be acknowledged within 5 business days.
  • A full response, including any actions taken, will be provided within 15 business days, where possible.
  • If further investigation is needed, an interim update will be provided.

  1. Confidentiality

All feedback will be handled confidentially. Personal information will only be used to respond directly to the individual and to improve services.


  1. Continuous Improvement

Savannah Golf Links will use feedback to:

  • Identify barriers and gaps in accessibility.
  • Update policies, practices, and staff training.
  • Enhance the customer experience for persons with disabilities.

  1. Availability of Policy

This Accessibility Feedback Process is available to the public on the Savannah Golf Links website and in alternate formats upon request.
